Rates and Fee Structure

 

G.R. Wyse & Company invoices for its services in two separate components:

·          Time based billing for strategic services rendered

·          Media placement and optimization billed at the agreed upon campaign metric.  

 

Each client agreement will identify the scope of services to be provided and a pre-paid monthly retainer for the work.  This can include, but is not limited to, offer development, creative development, D.R. tactics and strategies, pricing model development, sales model development, and offer test models.  Any work identified by the client outside of the scope of the agreement will be quoted accordingly and must be approved in writing. 

 

All Media placements are as unique as each of our clients.  Each client’s needs are identified in advance with the agreed upon Cost Per Action defined and attached as an Advertiser Insertion Order addendum to the client agreement.  From that Advertiser Insertion Order, G.R. Wyse & Company will identify the best paths to fulfill the Insertion Order and enter into Publisher Insertion Order agreements on the client’s behalf.  Client will be obligated to remit payment for all actions generated in a month by the 7th day following the end of the month.
